House rules for tenants – B&B Voor De Zee

Welcome to B&B Voor De Zee

We wish you a pleasant and relaxing stay. To ensure a safe, clean, and cozy environment for everyone, we kindly ask you to respect and adhere to the following house rules.

🕒 Quiet hours and livability

• Quiet times: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• No noise (such as music, DIY projects, or other disturbing activities) between 9:00 PM and 9:00 AM
• Music must not be audible outside the B&B

🚗 Traffic and parking

• Maximum speed on the campsite: 5 km/h (walking pace)
• No motorized traffic allowed between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM
• Parking: Maximum of 1 car per B&B (if possible)
• Campers are not permitted
• Visitors' vehicles may not enter the site

Guests and visitors

• Visitors are welcome
• Visitors should park outside the campsite

Logés:

• Must report to reception upon arrival
• Pay the applicable visitor fee + tourist tax
• You are responsible for the behavior of your guests

🐾 Pets

• Pets are not allowed at B&B Voor De Zee
• We only rent the B&B to guests without pets
• Pets are strictly prohibited inside the B&B

🗑️ Waste

• Household waste should be placed in well-sealed bags inside the containers (near the playground)
• The following items are not allowed in the containers:
• Bulk waste, chemical waste, debris, branches, fish waste, paint cans, etc.
• These items must be disposed of at the recycling center yourself

🔥 Safety and use

• Barbecuing is allowed until 10:00 PM
• Always keep a bucket of water nearby

Prohibited:

• Open fires (such as fire pits, torches)
• Drones and kites
• No large swimming pools are allowed (only small children's pools)

⚡ Electricity and gas

• Use only safe and standard equipment
• Heavy electrical appliances (>750 watts) and electric vehicle charging are not permitted
• Gas facilities are managed by the campsite – follow on-site instructions

🎠 Playground

• Open from 9:00 AM – 10:00 PM
• Enter at your own risk
• Dogs are not allowed

⚽ Recreation

• No ball games between accommodations
• Use the designated fields for this purpose

🌿 Site and surroundings

• Keep the site tidy
• Do not litter in nature or among the trees
• Respect other guests and their peace and privacy

🏕️ Stay

• The B&B may only be used for recreational purposes
• Business stays or housing for labor migrants are not permitted

🚪 Check-out / departure

When departing, we kindly ask you to do the following:

• Clean and dry the dishes and put them back in the cabinets neatly
• Place waste in bags and deposit it at the waste collection point
• Remove bed linen and gather it in one place
• Cover the garden furniture with its covers again
• Leave the B&B clean and tidy
• Securely lock the B&B
• Return the key to the key box

 📅 Campsite opening hours

Open from early April until early November

• Violation of the house rules may result in denial of access to the campsite
• Always follow instructions from the campsite management
